We accept payment through credit or debit cards. We currently accept PayPal, Stripe, Leader Merchants Services and bank transfers. Active Zen will not be liable for any extra cost incurred in a transaction performed without consulting the debit/credit card company or payment providers.

REFUND POLICY

• Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• All cost for returns are at the customer's expense. This will be reimbursed if products are found to be faulty and returned within the time specified.
• We ask you to check all deliveries for signs of damage before you sign for them. If you can see that they are damaged, do not sign for them and contact us immediately. We will arrange for your order to be re-dispatched.
• If you discover that goods are faulty after you have signed for them, please notify us by email at the address info@activezeninc.com, within 14 days of receiving them. You must quote your Order Number and product descriptions and state your reason for return. Please then return goods in their original packaging. Pending our inspection and verification that goods are faulty, we will contact you to offer a full refund, replacement or exchange.

Fair Use

If we notice an unusual pattern in return activity that doesn’t fit right, for example if we suspect that someone is wearing the uniforms for some time and then returning it after washing or the items returned don’t match their description, then the account shall be deactivated and any associated account with it.

Order is eligible for refund if the product ordered is available online or is generic, where the logo/embroidery and all other standards are same where that product can be sold to another business. However, it is the discretion of Active Zen to deny the cancellation of order or refund after considering all options available. However, in case of custom orders where the development process regarding the order has started no cancellation request shall be entertained. No refunds will be provided in that case. Orders can be cancelled and refunds will be provided in case of non-custom orders until the item is shipped. Once shipped no order can be cancelled.

In case of return when return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@activezeninc.com.
